Terms, Conditions & Booking Form
We pride ourselves in our exclusivity which ensures our guests get full attention they deserve throughout their tour. Our exclusive tour packages include some "must-see" attractions and destinations in South Africa.
Availability
All reservations are strictly subject to availability.
Bookings
Any bookings should be done at least eight weeks prior to travel.
Deposits
A 10% non-refundable admin fee is required upon acceptance of booking – full balance due TWO weeks prior to travel.
Cancellations
In all circumstances the admin fee will be forfeited.
Arriving
On Sunday at Johannesburg International airport
Dietary
It is essential for the client to provide MLF South Africa with accurate dietary requirements including any food allergies to ensure the establishment to which client is traveling are able to fulfill requirements.
Insurance
Insurance is highly recommended to the client to cover illness, delay, curtailment, personal baggage, etc.
Medical
Anti malaria precautions for our Mpumalanga tour should be commenced prior to departure. Please consult your physician for further details.
Visas and Passports
The responsibility is for the client to ensure valid passports and visas for South Africa to be visited. MLF South Africa, their staff and guides or agents cannot be held liable for failure to ensure valid documentation.
Payment
Prices are quoted in US Dollar per person sharing (minimum two persons / maximum eight persons per tour)

Please Note:
South Africans and foreign nationals travelling with children under the age of 18 are required to produce unabridged birth certificates. It is part of the government's commitment to safeguard the best interests of children and prevent child trafficking.
