Disclaimer

Everything contained in an electronic mail message and/or its attachments that is transmitted from this website relating to the official business of MLF South Africa, with the contents thereof being confidential, legally privileged and protected by law, including statutory regulation and the proscriptive provisions of relevant legislation. The person(s) recorded as the intended recipient(s) in the electronic mail and/or its attachments, is/are the sole authorised recipient(s). Please notify the sender immediately if an electronic mail message and/or its attachments have unintentionally reached you, and do not read, copy or disseminate the content in any way. In this event, you are further requested to remove all record of and the actual electronic mail and/or its attachments through permanent deletion from your computer systems.

MLF South Africa furthermore does not warrant and/or guarantee that the integrity of an electronic mail communication has been maintained, nor that the communication is free of errors, viruses, interception, or interference or any kind. Whilst all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information, MLF South Africa accepts no responsibility, accountability or liability whatsoever in this regard, as it has been transmitted over publicly accessible networks. In keeping with good computing practice, the scanning of all electronic mail and/or attachments for such deliberate and/or inadvertent interventions is advised.

Warning: Electronic mail is not confidential. Do not provide any confidential information to someone by electronic mail or voice mail, if you are not certain that the person receiving it will maintain the information as confidential. You should never send confidential or sensitive information by electronic mail (or by voice mail, fax, or ordinary postal mail) except in the following circumstances:

· You have a pre-existing relationship with the person to whom you are sending the communication, and that person has a contractual or other legal obligation to keep the communication confidential; and

·  You have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the communication cannot be intercepted (for example, you have verified that only the intended recipient can read the electronic mail and/or listen to the voice mail) and, in the case of electronic mail, you have encrypted the electronic mail so that a third person who intercepts it cannot read it.

In all instances of electronic mail transmitted with attachments, such attachments have been prepared for transmission using the standard Internet MIME message format. Should you not be able to save or view such attachments, you are either using a system which is not MIME-compliant, or you have a potential configuration difficulty with your electronic mail client software, and/or with the electronic mail management software at your node destination or interim forwarding nodes. In this event, please ask your Systems Administrator for assistance.
