Do You Have a Potential
Front Cover Picture?

Photo Submission Guidelines Great photos help showcase your catch and increase the chances of being featured. Before taking and submitting your photo, please follow these guidelines: 1.Use a high-resolution image. Photos should be at least 3 megapixels. 2.Take the photo in portrait orientation. Vertical images work best for our layout. 3.Ensure the photo is sharp and in focus. 4.Leave enough space around the angler and fish. This allows us to crop the image correctly for publication. (The red block is the cover's edges) 5.Include the fish in the photo. Images featuring both the angler and the catch are preferred. 6.Present the fish in good condition. It should appear healthy, with no visible blood or excessive damage. 7.Show some excitement! A genuine smile or expression of pride makes for a much stronger photo. 8.Remove sunglasses if possible. Visible eyes create a more engaging image. 9.Avoid harsh shadows. Use fill flash if needed, even when shooting outdoors during the day. 10.Choose a clean background. Avoid distracting objects or clutter, and wear neat, appropriate clothing. 11.Think about composition. Good lighting, balanced colours, an interesting background, and thoughtful framing (such as using the rule of thirds) will help create a more professional-looking photograph. How to Submit Your Photos Please do not email your photos. Instead, upload them via WeTransfer and send them to editor@sabass.com
